Manhattan Records was formed in 1984 by Bruce Lundvall [1] and was later renamed EMI Manhattan Records after absorbing the EMI America Records imprint. Electronic money means a monetary value stored electronically, issued on receipt of funds for the purpose of making payment transactions, and accepted by a natural or legal person other than the electronic money issuer.
